Getting on Google is free, and it puts you on Google Maps and Google Search so new customers can find you. It's called a Google Business Profile. Here's how — using your Ensiglo page as your website:

1. On your phone, open google.com/business (or search "Google Business Profile") and sign in with your Google account — the same one as your Gmail.
2. Type your business name, then choose the type of business you are.
3. Add the area you work in and your phone number so customers can reach you.
4. Where it asks for your website, paste your Ensiglo page link (yourname.ensiglo.com).
5. Google sends you a code to prove the business is yours — by text, phone call, email, or post.
6. Enter that code at google.com/verifymybusiness. Once it's accepted, you're live on Google Maps and Search.

The code is sent to YOU (your own phone or email) — watch for it and enter it quickly, as it can expire. If your code ends up with us by mistake, or you get stuck anywhere, just email [email protected] and we'll help you get verified.

It only takes a few minutes, and you don't need any tech skills. Just answer a few simple questions:

1. Sign up with your email address.
2. Type your business name.
3. Tell us what your business does — we'll suggest the right type for you.
4. Add your town or city.
5. Add your contact details so customers can reach you.
6. Add a few of your services or products (just a name and price).
7. That's it — we build your page for you and it's live in about a minute.

No — a logo is optional. If you don't have one, don't worry:

1. Just skip that step — your page still looks great.
2. We'll choose nice colours for your page automatically.
3. You can add your logo anytime later from your dashboard.

Your website starts free. To keep it live after your free trial, there's a small yearly fee — you'll see the exact amount in your own currency before you pay. It's less than the price of a domain name, for a whole year online.

1. Open your dashboard.
2. Open My Business to change your details, story or photos.
3. Or open your web page and tap Redesign for a whole new look.
4. Save — your page updates within a minute.

2. Make sure it's switched on (active), not hidden.
3. Wait about a minute for your page to refresh.
4. Reload your page — it should now appear.

That just means we're rebuilding it with your latest changes. It only takes a moment — wait a minute and refresh the page, and your updated page will be there.

You can add your own real photos any time — they always look best and build trust with customers. Here's how:

1. Open your dashboard.
2. Open My Business, then in Look & feel open your Photo Gallery.
3. Tap the upload box and pick photos from your phone or computer.
4. Wait a few seconds while each photo is added and checked.
5. Your page updates on its own within a minute.

Use clear, real photos of your work, shop or products. Bright, sharp photos taken in good light work best.

Your main photo — also called the cover picture or hero image — is the big picture people see first, right at the top of your web page. You pick it from the photos in your gallery. Here's how:

1. Open your dashboard.
2. Open My Business, then in Look & feel open your Photo Gallery.
3. If you haven't added photos yet, upload some first — the main photo has to be one of them.
4. Point at (or tap) the photo you want at the top, and tap the star button on it.
5. That photo now shows a "Main Photo" star, and your page updates in a moment.

The star only appears on photos that are big and clear enough to look good stretched across the top. If a photo has no star, it's too small or blurry — upload a bigger, sharp, wide (landscape) photo and the star will appear on it.

• Take a new photo in good, bright light.
• Hold your phone sideways (landscape) so the photo is wide, not tall — wide photos fit the top of the page best.
• Upload it to your Photo Gallery (My Business → Look & feel).
• The star will now appear on it — tap the star to make it your main photo.

Each product on your page can have its own photo. If a product has no photo, it can show as a plain row or bar instead of a picture — so add a clear photo to every product.

2. Go to your products and open the one you want.
3. Add or change its photo, using a clear, real picture of that item.
4. Save — your page refreshes within a minute.

One clear photo per product looks best. Photos taken straight-on in good light show your items off well.

3. Change your name, description, or "why choose you" answers.
4. Save your changes.

The more you share about your business, the richer your page — we can add sections like your mission, what you stand for, and the founder behind it. It's optional, and if you already have an "about us" you can paste it and we'll sort it out for you.

3. Type your mission, values or founder story — or paste a profile you already have and tap Extract.
4. Check what we filled in, then Save — your page updates within a minute.

Nothing here is required. Even one or two lines helps your page feel more personal and builds trust with customers.

Yes. Your web address is the part before .ensiglo.com. To change it:

1. Open your dashboard.
2. Open My Business, then Business Profile.
3. Find "Web address" and type the new one you'd like.
4. Save — your new address goes live right away.

Tip: a very short, snappy address is a paid feature; a slightly longer one is free. You can also use your own domain like myshop.com (see "Your own domain & email").

4. Follow up with them directly.

Yes. When a customer contacts you, we let you know so you never miss a lead — and the message is always waiting for you in your dashboard too.

Your page has a clear button customers tap to reach you. It opens a message to you (for example on WhatsApp) or sends you their details, and you take it from there.

1. Open your page or your dashboard.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Choose WhatsApp, social media, or copy your link.
4. Send it to customers — the more you share, the more people find you.

2. Find the product you want to send.
3. Tap the small share icon next to its name.
4. Choose WhatsApp and pick your customer — they open your page right on that item.

1. In your ad platform (Google, Facebook, X or TikTok), copy the tracking tag or pixel it gives you.
2. Open My Business, then Fine-tune your page → "Advertising & tracking tags".
3. Paste it into the matching box — the whole snippet or just the ID both work.
4. Save — we add the official tag for you and it goes live on your page right away.

Yes. Payments are handled by a trusted, secure payment provider. Your card details go straight to them — we never see or store them.

We'll remind you before it ends. If you don't pay, your page simply pauses — it's not deleted — and you can switch it back on anytime with a single payment.

Yes — a professional email at your own domain is available as an add-on once you have a domain. Ask us if you'd like a hand setting it up.
